COMM 1110 - Public Speaking

Writing Required: 15% - 45%

This class contains exams that include short answer questions as well as presentations. With every presentation, there is the assumption that a script is written before the performance — some of the professors might require the written speech.

COMM 1115 - Debate Practicum

Writing Required: 10% - 25%

The writing for this class derives mainly from note-taking and research in preparation for each debate.

COMM 1154 - Introduction to Mass Communications

Writing Required: 30% - 75%

This class contains small writing assessments, some type of presentation, and exams that include short answer and essay questions.
