There are ways to eat nutritious foods on a budget in an effort to maintain and improve your physical wellness. Nutritional adjustments can affect your life in so many ways. Whether it is preventing disease or improving your mood, we have some suggestions that you may be surprised to hear are available to you.
De-Stress / Self-Care - April 20 | 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
There is a lot to manage and taking care of your emotional wellness can be the key to managing everything else. You may find that, with a few tips, a regular habit involving personal self-care can go a long way in making life less stressful and get you on the path to a more happy and successful college experience and future.
