This has been a stressful time for everyone as we have responded to the challenges presented by COVID-19. The Counseling Center has compiled some Tips for Self-Care so that you will feel empowered to continue engaging in activities that benefit your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

To start services: Monday-Friday 11am - 3pm, Call 678-839-6428 and our front office will connect you to a counselor to discuss your needs. You can also walk in to our waiting room at 123 Row Hall.

UWG Wellness Hub with Christie Campus Health
UWG is now partnering with Christie Campus Health to offer access to 5 counseling sessions with an off-campus counselor. To access these services you can call 833-910-3367.

Online counseling allows students to work exactly as they would work in face-to-face counseling, but the counseling takes place via secure online video conferencing.
The counselor will be located at home or in an office, the client may be at home or another location miles away from campus. This service was designed specifically for students who may be unable to attend counseling sessions on campus, and now can serve all enrolled students.Get Started
