Help Desk Manager
The Distance Education Staff welcomed Angela May of 2017. She currently serves as the Help Desk Manager. Angela oversee the day-to-day operation of the university-wide UWG|Online Help Desk/Call Center, providing not only support for online courses, students and instructors but all who use our online technology tools, including administrative staff utilizing the tools for campus-wide trainings, student services, and administrative functions. She is responsible for assisting, developing, training, teaching, and collaborating with the Help Desk personnel, while supplying superior leadership and unparalleled customer service.Angela has two decades of experience working in a variety of roles in Administrative and Management positions, including Registrar, Executive Administrative Assistant and as Office Manager.In her spare time, she enjoys family time, the great outdoors, reading and traveling around the world.
